Curriculum

We have created a curriculum utilizing these videos. The curriculum can easily be modified based on an athlete's needs. 

Day 1

Warmup: Spend 5 minutes stretching and warming up, doing your favorite stretches.

Watch the following videos: Intro to passing (passing), intro to dribbling/skills (dribbling/skills), intro to shooting (shooting), and soccer bowling (passing).

Day 2

Warmup: Spend 5 minutes stretching and warming up, doing your favorite stretches.

Watch the following videos: 1v1 with defender (dribbling/skills), passing through gate (passing), shooting accuracy (shooting), and nothing but net! (shooting)

Day 3

Warmup: Spend 5 minutes stretching and warming up, doing your favorite stretches.

Watch the following videos: Shot power (shooting), dribbling through cones (dribbling/skills), long distance passing (passing), ball on a wall! (shooting)

Day 4

Warmup: Spend 5 minutes stretching and warming up, doing your favorite stretches.

Day 5

Warmup: Spend 5 minutes stretching and warming up, doing your favorite stretches.
